By using quantumdigitalplus.com or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site or services.
Quantum Digital+ provides custom AI systems and AI operations for professional services firms. Scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in separate proposals agreed by both parties.
All custom code and deliverables become the client’s property once full payment is received. QDP retains the right to use anonymised case studies and project descriptions for portfolio purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing. All content published on this website remains the copyright of Quantum Digital+.
Standard payment structure is 50% upfront, 50% on delivery unless otherwise agreed. Ongoing retainers are billed monthly in advance. All invoices are due within 14 days.
Services are provided “as is” after delivery and acceptance. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, traffic volumes, or revenue results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days’ written notice. The client is responsible for payment of all work completed to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
