Do we own the code and the IP?
Yes, completely. Once your project is paid for, the code and everything in it is yours: full code and IP ownership, no per-seat licence, no lock-in. You could take it in-house tomorrow. We just prefer you don't have to.
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope, so we quote it properly rather than put a number on a page and hope it fits. Builds are a fixed price, paid once, with no hourly billing. The ongoing Growth Partnership is a flat monthly retainer. Your exact figure lives in your Automation Map, quoted before any commitment.
What is the Automation Map?
It's the written plan you leave your free assessment with: the specific things worth automating in your practice, in priority order, each with an honest recommendation (including “not yet” where that's the right call) and the exact price to build it. It's yours to keep whether or not you work with us.
How is this different from ChatGPT or off-the-shelf AI tools?
Generic tools are built for everyone, so they fit no one exactly. We build for how your practice actually runs, using your own workflows and terminology, and connect the pieces into one system instead of another app to log into. You get something that fits, not something you adapt to.
What if it doesn't work the way we agreed?
That's the Works-As-Scoped Guarantee. If your system doesn't do what we scoped within 30 days of launch, we fix it free, or refund you in full. We don't promise business outcomes we can't control. We promise the system does what we said it would.
How long does a build take?
Most builds ship in two to six weeks, depending on scope. You'll have a clear timeline in your Automation Map before anything starts.
Do you only work with Melbourne firms?
We're Melbourne-based, but the work is remote and we serve firms worldwide. Melbourne is where we're from, not a limit on who we work with.
